Finally back in the green...probably the longest I have stuck with the healthy eating. Started with 21 day fix in March and it really helped me learn portion size/control and love the 30 minute workouts. Did it for two rounds and then have created my own hybrid of 21 day fix and insanity. The extra cardio from insanity restarted the weight loss and kept the workouts interesting for me. I have a "week off" coming up next week but I think I have been on the program long enough I have actually changed my habits. Last week off I took from the program I only cut out the video exercises but went for walks and bike rides instead and had maybe one or two "cheat" meals but always turned back to salads and protein to feel satisfied. Shocked myself after being a junk food/fast food junkie for so long the satisfaction from eating the "bad" foods just isn't there any more!! Loving it and some shopping trips are in store as everything is loose/baggy.
