Didn't record anything over the weekend and didn't drink water. Quite disappointed in myself. Gorged myself on Cherries and London Broil last night. I couldn't stop eating. I hate when I get that way. It's always that way when I eat crap in the morning...eat crap in morning and can't stop eating after dinner. I was so disgusted with myself last night I was planning on doing a 48 hour fast. But then my senses came back to me and this morning I packed sensible food for breakfast and lunch.
Back on the wagon today. One little set back is not worth all the grief I am giving myself right now.
Also, I think I may be changing my weigh-in day to Saturday. The reason is that on Friday I eat very consistently because of soccer. I'll try it this week and see how it goes.
