I am an addict! LOL I have an addiction to whopper jrs at Burger King. I get them without mayo, mustard, or ketchup. I figure if I take all the condiments off it isn't so bad for me. The burger with just the veggies, meat, and bread is 250 calories. I find myself going to BK when I am out running errands and I am to impatient to wait until I get home to have a more nutritious meal. I would say that I do this once to twice a week. I think I need to start carrying with me nuts and fruits. So that way I will have something better for me at hand. I did pick up a couple packs of gum just in case it is not time to eat and I start to get hungry. I will beat this addiction!
