Today was a good day. I normally do not have issues controlling my food intake. I do not have any junk food in the house, but that does not mean that I do not crave it. I did 3.25 miles on the elliptical in 38:43. I really wish I could get over this 3 mile curse. It has been a week since I started working out, but cannot seem to make myself go further than 3.25 miles. Once I get to that point I think I convince myself that I cannot do any more. Tomorrow I will try again, and keep my mind clear of the goal and just go for it.
