I deliberately held off the weigh in for a week. I went to a wedding across the country last week - and had 4 days of drinking, eating, and overall camaraderie. However - I knew in a calorie depleted state it would cause me to jump pretty high - so I tried to keep things strict this week to bring it back down.

I was relatively pleased to end the week back close to the 180lb mark - and think a few strict weeks will bring me down pretty well.

I'm going to be ordering my suit for my wedding shortly and we're going with a custom suit. They allow you to take your own measurements, and they also estimate some based on your height and weight. Their estimates of my measurements are pretty spot-on.

This brings me to a quandry - I'm trying to decide if I should order a custom suit with my current measurements, or try to forecast measurements for approximately 173-175 lbs :).

I think I can get down that low pretty easily by mid-july (although there's another wedding and my bachelor party in the way of that) and the measurements are only about .5" difference... It's a tricky proposition.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
