Fell out of my workout routine due to not feeling well and work stress/travel. I am starting fresh today with healthy eating and lifestyle practices.
Need to reduce blood pressure through diet/exercise and stress management.
Here I go!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
