have put on a tiny bit but may just be muscle as have been really active these last few weeks!

still need to control my snacking when i come home from work... cutting out chocolate and salty things!! also i am not drinking till my party now.. that should help a lot.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
