Major stressful week in pharmacy world...everyone be kind to retail world workers~but upside is losing more...no time to eat during daytime other than protein bar. oh well whatever works.
311.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 126.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
