Feeling very positive right now, worked out after work felt great. Then went on a 2mile training run this morning and signed up for some lithe method classes. Need to work on consistency!!!
I've been here before, new energy to stay on track, and I know how easy it is to fall of the wagon.
Last night I cooked real dinner for myself- and it was delish and well portioned. I really want to keep doing this. I did eat a few pieces of cereal from the box which is a slippery slope hopefully i can keep my no eating while standing up/ out of a box goal.
I'm a work in progress i guess.
Cheers to a new day hopefully full of veggies and good decisions.
