I found this site while looking for nutrition info. I've been on many sites, but I like the format of this one so I'll hang out here for a bit. I'm not following the "you on a diet" per-see, but more of the principles.
My sis and I are starting on a fitness program by beachbody.com called slim series. I'm not sure if I'll make it through cause that it a very hard program. My sis is my inspiration though, however she doesn't work at the moment so has much more time to focus.
I keep paying close attention to my diet and then doing a bing thing. Like tonight I just kept snacking and I don't know why. I wasn't hungry so there's really no reason for it accept lack of willpower maybe. I'll definitely have to work on that.
