My yearly family get together was today and needless to say paying attention to my eating habits did not fall into the plan today. I ate with abandon and feel oh so bloated right now. I mean uncomfortably so too.
Tomorrow I want to get in a workout, but I also have to tend to laundry and household chores. I also need to plan my meals for the week or at least for Monday.
Hmm, I re-read that last paragraph and it seems as if I'm not putting enough emphasis on my needed workout. I do tend to get whipped after climbing three flights of stairs doing multiple loads of laundry. I will really work on not making my workout an afterthought tomorrow.
