Lost three pounds this week. Yea! But fighting the urge to pig out from stress eating. Step-son broke his collar bone and he's being surly. I kinda want to break the other one. Does that make me the Wicked Red-Headed Step-Mother???
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
