Hot day, may go out later... I am going to watch some programs that contain information about a few of the characters in one of my books - who were real-life people centuries ago, my aunt told me about the show series that starts Monday on cable. The western is going along quite well, so much got done last night that was meticulous work that required me to look at a journal from the past and it was a bit confusing as the guy who wrote it left out details for some days, and it was a bit confusing to actually where he was and why he didn't mention one location's name, and I really couldn't guess where it was though I had an idea. Thank God for the Internet, it is so easy to look up details like trees native to Sacramento, CA and add the details into a book - I lived there and thought the main river was the American, but it is not - it is the Sacramento River, so it is always good to check the details out when one is confused about something. Anyway, the dieting is going well, my waist is trimming down in time and in a matter of days I will be eating easily under 30g of carbs a day so losing weight should not be a problem - by Christmas my goal is to be under 200 lbs...

Well, things have been strange for me lately, a deep depression hit me the Saturday of last week after work in the early morning hours, then the chest pain on the 4th that sent me to the ER. Anyway, I sort of have had a spiritual renewal happen and went to church and learned things from a small pamphlet I never knew and also from the priest's homily (sermon). Tonight outside my window as I rested I noticed the moon in the small space between the curtains - in a few minutes it had moved ever so slowly, but I could actually see it moving, so if one has a telescope I'm sure they quickly notice the same. The universe is in too perfect an order for things to be happenstance for me. I hope everyone is well and I shared my thoughts as I know so many of my buddies go to church in the morning on Sunday. It really is just a matter of seeking and one shall find...
