I really hope this is a true weight reading. I'm finding my scale is showing numbers I don't want to barf at but then every other scale is 8-10 lbs heavier. Regardless I seem to be loosing some weight with no weird supplements, just really focusing on what I'm eating without denying myself treats and getting my body moving. Happy Weekend everyone :)
