So I need some advice. I can't stop picking, I find I start the day excellent but then begin to pick and at junkie type food then throughout day. I'm not gaining weight from it but scared I'm gonna start. It seems to be sweet chocolate type stuff I'm picking at which is different for me since my weakness is usually chips/fries. And no I'm not pregnant lol !
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

make sure no such food is around you if it is happening in your house - if it isn't - tell this to yourself as you reach for it: do i REALLY need to eat this? How will this affect my weigh in? Is it worth it? Can I wait until tomorrow? (I eat a lot in the mornings so I consider that a 'reward' and I try to convince myself to hold off until then). I hope that it works for you! everyone is different

Look up ketogenic diet. It's a low carb diet. The best thing about it is, the less carbs you eat the less hungry you become, I didn't believe it at first but I can assure you for me it's been very true. Even salad greens are beginning to taste sweet. Note that artificial sweeteners is taking a step backwards as they do soothe the sweet tooth but they intensify the cravings for the real thing.
