Well I haven't lost any weight yet but I've gotten more active and I feel better. I've walked an average of 14 miles a week along with some swimming daily. I have also begun to eat healthier . . .more fruits and veggies and less processed foods . . . I feel better and my clothes fit better so I guess that is a plus. We'll see what happens as this progresses.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Personally I go by the way my clothes fit versus what the scales says. Your clothes are fitting better which must mean looser and in time that will show up on the scale. Keep doing what you are doing, it sounds like you are very aware of how to do it. Good for you. :-)
