Ok I somehow injured my left knee. This is usually when I take a break and stop working out for a bit, thus having a long hiatus from the Gym. Well this time, back and knee hasn't stopped me. Although no real lost in weight, I am steady and most definitely gaining muscle (or at least thats what I tell myself lol). Oh well leave for Jamaica in less than a week, I may not have that beach bod that I have been wanting, but Im getting there.
