Noon on the seventh day...i made it....trying not to get on the scale for another week. first time i have made it to 7 days in as many new starts. Tomorrow is the first day of week 2. One moment, one hour, one day, one week...will become two weeks, one month, one quarter etc ...one new ME! ....I CAN do this!. let me string this along until I lose a bunch of weight and can move better and easer and feel better and healthier.
