Messed up this weekend, but back on track this week!!
171.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2007 kcal Fat: 53.44g | Prot: 92.58g | Carb: 297.01g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat), honey, Health Nut Wheat Bread, strawberry yogurt dannon. Lunch: dole pinapple chunks, potato salad, ketchup heinz, Real Mayonnaise, spicy black bean morning star, thomas double fiber honey wheat. Dinner: Wheat Sub Rolls, rice o roni, tilapia. Snacks/Other: Craisins 100 Calorie Pack, Bananas. more...
