Ginsin's Journal, 20 April 2015

I hadn't had an off day in months. Today I said hell, I'm making grilled cheese, went to store and of course didn't have what I wanted. Now I'm stuffed from not what I had in mind, had overload of calories, carbs , fat. Oh well,back to my first challenge day tomorrow. I think it this has been brewing for a week. NO EXCUSES but my high school friend died last Sunday after a month on ventilator, dialysis, trach,other friend's mom in hospital awaiting (on ventilator too), just a crappy week. Tomorrow is a new day and new start. Venting is good! Going to bed.

Since 4 weeks ago 8.8 lb down. Slowly said the tortoise.

(says in a very low voice...for your ears only) (and always remember...and I'm SURE you do......The tortoise Won)...lol Plus 2 lbs per week is considered by most "experts"...I mean professionals... to be RAPID weight loss....You are soooo "getting there"...just keep on keeping on....(and soooo sorry to hear of your recent loss...do take care of yourself, even as you give care to those around you.)

Thank you SuccessThisTime58, yeah we know what those "experts" say....although their sure damn right about metabolism slowing at a certain time of our lives....I still can't use the F word (whispering 5-0)... lol
