idk how to delete a weigh in but the last one I did was on accident on my phone. I am super bloated from all of the sodium in my dinner last night and other things. I know this abdominal pain is going to try and get in the way of my exercise but I won't let it. My next goal is set for Friday 5/8/15, and I'm definitely on track to reach it!
119.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
