Holy crap what a terrible weekend. I really drank too much and clearly eat too much but I managed to get in quite a bit of exercise. I'm back on the wagon today and ready to get back after it.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
