The last few days I've been having a really icky GI bug. It's rotten feeling spukey and queasy. I've got chills and have mostly hung out in bed so I can feel warmish.

I know I haven't been drinking anywhere near enough water, or eating well. I have that problem where I feel if I find the right food it will make me feel better (which is totally wrong and I know it on a logical level but despite that I persist).

Anyway I have a lot to do but need to stay warm enough to function. Otherwise I might just go hide back in bed under the heating pad.
