Just a few things to say that I noticed about being a yo-yo dieter and trying to lose weight. i have to stay faithfully within the 30 gm low fat and 20 gm low sugar range prescribed by the doctor. I must do cardio and weight lifting (I am an older weight loser) it increased my weight loss speed, and I must drink the water and live the diet sodas alone. It seems as though the aspartame slows me from shedding the pounds. Hope these tips help. I'm down 8 pounds the first week. The doctor wants me losing 2-3 pounds weekly. She expects (if I love myself and follow the diet) I will lost 30-40 pounds the first month. I have a long road ahead, but I'm determined. My shero is Ernestine Shephard. Check this out!
