had a good day, didn't eat enough fat earlier in the day so I had to eat 1oz of butter with my veggies. I used to love butter LOL

On the fence about whether to move to phase 2 or wait & stay on induction for 4th week. no weight loss or gain in the past 8-10 days but I still think about sweets, fruit & haven't mastered a menu that incorporates enough veggies. I'll wait until 3 weeks (tuesday) & decide then if I "should stay or should I go"?

The regular butter in the store isn't as good as it used to be. If you check the organic section of your grocery store or a specialty store look for grass fed or pasture butter. This butter is more golden and less white and is unbelieveably yummy!
