I have been counting calories but eating way too many over my allowance...mainly because there was leftover junk in the house from my birthday weekend. Surprisingly, I stepped on the scale today and my weight went back down to what it was pre-birthday weekend status! That makes me feel a little better anyhow.
I really need to focus on not eating junk food...
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Great loss !! Keep it going , holiday & birthday does make a difference,hard to turn down all the good food but eating smaller portions does help ! Have a great weekend ....going to rain here.
