I think my weekends are just too out of control. There is no routine and that causes me to eat very badly. I will have to work on this. Was able to get outside and walk today due to the nice weather!! Feels pretty good even though the scale says I gained over 3 pounds....
171.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are doing good by walking !! Keep going,you will get there,just taking some time !! Good luck,it's hard on weekends .

We both need to fine someway not to eat out of control on the weekends. I will do some research and get back to you on this matter.
