I have been so demotivated the last month. Health and stress issues has led me off my diet plan and I have been very very bad with chocolate. I am now 36 hours chocolate free and like and alcoholic I am taking it one day at a time. Got to get over the chocolate thing. If I could stop smoking (2 years now and not missing it one bit) then surely I can get over chocolate stuff and sweets. Watch this space for weight loss in the next month!!
