Dollinda's Journal, 08 April 2015

Today is day three of my journey. Really enjoyed kickboxing last night my husband even joined me which is very good. I could tell last night by my enability to keep up that I need this very much. It will feel good to be back into my routine and my body responds very well. All my life I have always had to exercise and eat right to maintain a healthy weight I just have neglected myself these past couple of months. Tonight I have Zumba which I like a whole lot looking forward to it. Praise God I know I can begin again and stick to this plan.

I'm the same way, I've always had to exercise and eat right or I gain. I let it all kind of go before Christmas and am finally getting back on track too. There's nothing like a good workout to make you feel better about the direction you are headed. Good luck!
