New to this app. I’ve tried WW and MyFitnessPal before. WW gave me a loss of 20 pounds but the constant changing was irritating, and I stopped going and gained it back. My fitness pal I had lost so much weight before they started charging for everything. I stopped tracking and gained it all back. During this constant yo-yoing I realize I just have a horrible habit of over eating and I just need to accept that I need to track my food.
Would like to make friends/follow ppl to help inspire and motivate.

Welcome! Hope you can find some support here -- it's a good group. I keep hoping I'll graduate from tracking, and I HAVE to some extent retrained my food habits, but it's still so, so easy to get off track if I don't record it

Welcome and definitely leave a little bio about yourself so people follow you and follow others for ideas and inspiration. I too have yo yo’d and finally found what worked for me. The journey is hard but it is great to find support out here!

Welcome aboard to you B.N! And Elby08! You are in the right place! Log all your food! Use a small kitchen scale to weigh food. Also, buy a couple extra measuring cups and spoons at Dollar Tree. That way you will have clean ones available. Its incredible what we think is a serving versus what is truly a serving! Best of luck on each of your journeys! Stay the course!
