A great Easter weekend with my family,but a poor 3 days calorie counting wise.On Friday went to chillis and got a mouth weathering Molten cake with ice cream ,tried my best to eat as less as possible.Boy that thing is delicious ...but 1200 cal with 130% of SAT FAT for a 2000 cal daily diet,need to stay away from these ultra large sat fat desserts.Anyway today morning ,got up early and got a 30-35 minute of good cardio and hopefully do that everyday of the week.Been stuck around 176-178 for sometime now,need to bring it down to 175 soon.
