Day 9 - got on the scale up 2 but I historically always go up in the middle of the week then drop down - I have to stop getting on that darn scale every morning - not going to let it discourage me!!

I'd swear you've been reading my journal! Thou shalt not weigh every day. :) It's hard not to though! Here's hoping for better numbers for you at the end of the week!
