Moving back to AU really wreaked havoc on my exercise and diet. I was very depressed, we had to live with the in-laws for a couple of months and my job wasn't as active as it was in the US.
We have our own place now and today I've started exercising again. Hopefully I can lose the weight I regained and get to my goal weight.
