After my really good weigh in this morning, I did a load of exercise but...blew it over dinner this evening....
I hope I can pull it back in time for next week's weigh in.....

You will pull it back in time! WW has that 35 point net for a reason ...to focus on our successes not on our slip ups. Which is just what it is, a slip up, not a failure. Just focus on why you want to lose the weight! I'd do ANYTHING to get my tush trim and my tummy flat again! Stay strong and fight for this, girl! If you are capable of exercising so hard and following the program all week, you can do ANYTHING!!!
