how do you increase protein without increasing fat? I keep getting to this point where I need a few more grams of protein but not the fat. More chicken?

Check out some varieties of fish, as well. Some are higher fat, but there are some fairly lean ones.

The beauty of the Atkins diet is that you don't have to count protein or fats. Just be sure you watch your Net carbs.
