Over 4,000 steps today. 1.8 miles. Had to take a pain pill for my knee and my back - a LOT of standing. But, the kids had a really good time! I had 4 Diet Cokes today instead of just three. I just nibbled on the kids’ fair food for lunch - 3 chicken nuggets and a few fries. Forgot to eat the ham biscuits I brought! Dinner was 1/4 of Cracker Barrel Homestyle Chicken & 1/2 serving of carrots.

The good day ended very stressfully. I don’t want to go into it. I had to take a Hydroxyzine to calm down.

Praying knee pain will be gone by time I wake up in the morning.
