Yeah, just a number. And with a few pounds, I always think water weight (plus or minus).
But ... then again ... 1 pound!
I'll take it. I'm going to try the weekly thing for a little bit, but if it makes me start to focus on numbers I'm quitting that in favor of monthly. I can see and feel my weight, I think that matters more to me than the scale.
