I cant seem to get below the 140 mark... Kinda discouraging knowing that Im so close to my goal but so far away....

Hang in there... the frustrating plateau's are worth it once you get past them victoriously.... even when it seems like it will never come.

Trying to hit my goal by my wedding in August so the stress probably isnt helping either :(

Hi fat,medium protein and low carbs does the trick but this is not a diet, it's a way of life. Awesome whole foods, no vegetables grown underground,(too much sugar), no starch and no sugar. easy, peazy, lol. I have lost 12.9kg (28.5lbs) in 8 weeks. Protein should be palm size and plate should be 70% veg. Cook with butter or organic,cold pressed virgin coconut oil for optimum results. This is called Banting, with Tim Noakes. Look it up on facebook for help and recipes, etc. Hope this helps.
