Yesterday ...didn't feel to well. Have had a headache for several days now. Did not go swim because of headache...stayed home and loaded up on advil. Today..still have the headache but keeping it to a dull roar with advil. Will be walking around a good bit today and going to see movie tonight with son so wont get to go workout.

If you have cut your calories really low, you might need some more water and some more food (protein would help) and not the smart ones because they are really high in sodium and some msg which would give you a headache. Good luck!

I have been really working hard on my water intake but sometimes let it slide on my really busy days at work. :( I just keep trying. I discovered today that my swimming is contributing to my headaches because of water in the ears and my BP is a little low. I will keep the high sodium and msg in mind with the smart ones. Thanks for your comments.
