maelynpeacock's Journal, 15 March 2015

I started off the day by drudging out of bed. This issue with the pressure of my blood being about as stable as vinegar and baking soda poured together is not going over well, leaving me tired and dizzy. My head felt better by the end of the meeting with the coffee group. The young woman that has gotten interested in my way of eating declined to join the Miss and me for a walk to the bridge and back. It would be at a time when the warriors had done their training and a chance of running into one of the undead would be minimized. She declined saying it was too far. As it turned out to be nearly two miles, I suppose that it might be for her.

Today was a bit different in my training exercise with the undead. I was to pick up some type of a weapon that can be used from afar to take care of the undead. It was about half-way out into the training exercise. Things remained calm and clear until the last part where I have my free-form run. That silly blood pressure destabilized about that time as one of the undead, with legs attached, came out of the trees towards me. I had no opportunity to slow down to ease up until my head cleared, but had to keep on going at as fast of a walk as I could manage. I couldn't risk running and worsening my condition. If I fainted it would be over. It would have me. The healer did some things to help with the situation, but it will take time for those changes to have an impact. I made it back in time and a warrior took it out with an arrow through one of its eyes. For my troubles today I received a knife. The words told to me by the woman handing me the weapon was, "Brain it if it gets to close." Not sure what that meant.

That was not the only activity that I attempted to do today. There is a woman, Jillian Michaels that is rather loud and likes to yell at people but it seems to work for what she does. Through the use of a magic mirror (TV and DVD player) I was able to visit her and have her take me through her training technique. Unfortunately that instability struck again resulting in a so-so performance. But I did complete day 1. Then this afternoon I went on that nearly two mile walk with the Miss, and she is FAST. We went a bit over 4.0 miles per hour.

Food has been on target today. I was not able to finish all of the salad for dinner and will finish it later in an hour or so. My mood is good. I feel energetic even though I am tired. I am tired due to some issues with my sleep, and again, the unstable pressure of my bloodstream.

Tomorrow is walking, Shredding with Jillian again, and news from my Healer.

It was. I had to poop out the last five minutes of the Zombie Run. So, here it is. Time to wrap up for the day, so I said, "Hey, why not?" And I started the run over and finished it up. :) I've finished it before, which is how I knew how that last five minutes ended. And making them fun to write is part of the point for me. I quite enjoy writing them. :)
