Down another .2 lbs today...which is not much, but I was anxious to see what happened today as I had some food/drink that is out of the ordinary for me. Subway for lunch (which was delicious, and I calculated to be about 400 calories), wine after dinner, and a new indulgence snack (South Beach Diet dark chocolate covered soynuts). I hope to have seen the last of the 230's...onward and upward...or, umm, downward, as the case may be. It seems early, because 4.8 lbs difference isn't that much when you started at 233, but I swear some of my clothing is already starting to feel a little looser. Buttons a little easier to button, not feeling so constricted in my blouses.
Already did my elliptical this morning. Been doing it in the afternoon, but got a surprise call from a relative who is in town for freshmen orientation at a university nearby, and I will be having lunch with her today. I have a slight panic at the idea of eating out at restaurants, but think we might eat at a Chili's near the campus, so I can find some good options. When I get home I'll readjust my dinner plans according to what I had for lunch.
