My first actual day on the Weight Watcher's diet!

I'm trying to stick to my suitemate Elizabeth's diet, 20 points, even though at my weight, I'd be at 24 points. We splurged on small Dairy Queen Blizzards, a one-time treat, but due to a light dinner we're still only at 24 points -- well within our weekly allowance of "extra" points.

20 points for the day + 4 points for week = 31 points remaining for the week.

Diet Calendar Entries for 13 July 2009:
1071 kcal Fat: 42.39g | Prot: 46.55g | Carb: 125.00g.   Lunch: egg white, avocado, chicken broth. Dinner: mild cheddar cheese, Whole Wheat Pita Pocket, lettuce, fat-free mayo, 90 calorie pack Honey Ham. Snacks/Other: blizzard dairy queen, Activia vanilla yogurt. more...
