Mermee it's fascinating- when the peppers got smoked then dried they also roasted which made them sweeter rather than mouth burning hot. The heat turned into the kind that makes your ears tingle and face sweat but not the kind that hurts your mouth. I should send you some! Happy Friday eve my Warrior Princess 👸 ❤️
