Haven't been logging food here, but I have been keeping track using my UP. Lost a few pounds, but I haven't really gotten back to eating very well, and the one thing I am having a hard time giving up is my glass of wine after work. I know it's empty calories, but I love having a glass and a bubble bath when I get home. I'm going to start really working on the rest of my diet and see where that takes me, and then, if I have to I will cut it out.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whatever you do keep going! I didn't log my food for quite a while and "guesstimated". Not so well as I have found out in the last week. I was surprised by my overestimated portions especially where nuts and dried fruit were concerned. Good luck and also thanks for your support!
