Slowly starting to lose again!!! Must stay positive! Continue to count carbs.
Received a call from Dr. Croke's office. They say my A1C is still up!! I believe it is LOWER THAN THE LAST RESULTS!!!!! Wondering if the lesion on my adrenal gland affects the bloodwork!!!!





BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 112 AT 9:51 P.M.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
