A few ounces!!!!! Really!!!!

Dr.'s app't went well! Knee looks good and there is no swelling and no pain. Have an app't in three months, hopefully my last!!!

No word from the insurance on the truck. Today is supposedly their last day to inspect it. I'll have Ron call the insurance and find out what's going on.

Got the paperwork from Mass Mutual on my retirement money. I think I will leave it in until I'm 59 1/2 which is sept.29th. Less money taken out that way.








BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 178 AT 9:48 P.M.
241.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
