Well I forgot to weigh in... I guess I will weigh in on Friday. Not feeling so hot my eating has been terrible. I did Hot Yoga this morning and I couldnt wait until it was over I was having a really hard time with all the poses and staying focused. Thats ok i will do better on Friday morning... I hope! Off to the Canal tonight we will be skating a minimum of 8.8km we will see how we do! have a great day all!
