well i went skating for the first time yesterday since last year... it was so much fun!!! All i can say this morning is OUCH!!! Im so sore!!! ahahaha I think with that and Hot Yoga in the morining i am feeling the burn! Which feels fantastic!!! Today will be no work outs for this girl but tomorrow will be more hot yoga and maybe i will go back after work and do another class... we will see! Weigh in tomorrow... Im a little nervous! Happy thursday all!
