Used Trader Joes Jalepeno Lime crunch for the pork. Sumac and aleppo pepper on the salad and my tomatoes that are exploding! Clean plate club in a happy way :P

Probably! It's jalapeño lime crunch in a jar with cilantro and onion. Not as salty or spicy as the Asian chili crunch. I'm obsessed...had it on mahi the other night and it was bomb!

_bec, sumac is a tangy red powder that's not spicy at all, middle east cooking uses it on fruit, salads, and rice. Kinda like Mexican has Tajin. Aleppo pepper is sweet and spicy 😋 😍
