MOTIVATED....Weighed myself yesterday and I've already lost 2 pounds. Yesterday made week one of the South Beach diet and I'm doing better than I expected. It was hard getting started, but well worth it. I'm losing weight and feeling great!!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
